John Rogers 5th graders will be connecting via a live videoconference with a NASA astronaut on May 17, 2013. They were selected as one of the top five entries in the ISS EarthKAM Erosion Challenge. The event will be held from 11:00AM to Noon CST. 5th grade teacher, Onny Tabares has his students connect to the EarthKAM throughout the school year as part of their science program. The students are excited about participating in Friday’s videoconference!
